PhD graduates or professionals with senior technical titles: RMB 450,000 (combined municipal and district support)
Master’s degree holders or associate senior title professionals: RMB 150,000
Rental furnished apartments are provided to high-level talents in regional innovation and entrepreneurship, with rental preferences granted within 2 to 3 years.
Monthly stipends provided for three consecutive years:
